HOW CAN I HELP YOU?

Well first and foremost I understand what you are going through because I have lived and breathed it myself.  I know the journey and the toll it can take on every aspect of your life so you can be safe in the knowledge that you will be met exactly where you are at.

As a former Chronic Fatigue Syndrome sufferer I know the devastating outcome that continually pushing your way through life can have.  I didn't have anyone to turn to to tell me that there was another way.

This is why I now dedicate my days to making sure that you do not get to the stage that I did.  Using my first hand knowledge I provide you with the tools and information you need to get back on track.

I offer a variety of ways for people to work with me:

  

1)  One-on-one Sessions - If you are really serious about making change in your life then working with me personally will help to fast-track your efforts.  I utilise a combination of energy healing, life coaching and stress management techniques to slow you down, relax your body and mind and help you to regain energy to get you back on top of things again.

I know a lot about the treadmill of life because I was well and truly entrenched on it. 

  

One fateful day I fell off it with an almighty thud when I collapsed, became paralysed from the neck down, experienced extreme exhaustion and thought my life was over. I spent two years in a wheelchair and a year after that with a walking stick. I had to be carried to the bathroom and couldn't remain upright for longer than 15 minutes. My days were spent on my back, in pain and extremely tired. My life had been turned upside down and had become a fight for survival. I had pushed myself beyond exhaustion too many times and was now suffering the consequences.

  

I spent a total of 6 years on the journey back to resurrecting my health and my life and along the way made some amazing discoveries, not just about my illness and chronic disease, but also about myself, the human spirit and how we can use those deepest, darkest moments in our lives to really pull ourselves up and triumph.  I tell you when your life is stripped back to the bare bones and everything is taken away from you, you are shown what is really important in life.  It's not about how much money you have, the fancy car you drive or where you live.  It's about who you are, expressing your essence and being the best person that you can be for yourself and for others.

  

 You know that you can't go on pushing yourself every day to the point of exhaustion, but you just don't know what to do about it, I know, I understand. 

  

But life doesn't have to be like that and indeed shouldn't be like that.

  

We all do the best with what we know at the time and the cold, hard facts here are that what you know at the moment isn't working for you or you wouldn't be in this position.  

  

As women we set such high standards for ourselves and don't like to admit when things are getting out of our control.  But a lot of the time why they get out of control is because we just don't know what we can do to make them right.

  

Let's face it, you wouldn't expect a plumber to be able to rewire the electrical cabling in a house unless he had been taught how.  It is the same with our health and our lives, if we are never shown how to live our lives in a balanced and healthy way, why on earth do we expect that we will miraculously be able to do so when things start to get out of hand?  We put such pressure on ourselves when all we need to do is admit we need help and then set about implementing our new knowledge. 

  

Knowledge is power, it doesn't imply weakness!
